Detailed Product Description

JSFA 228 cotton comber is designed for the cotton combing process. The cotton batt
is combed by the comprehensive and precise intermittent movements of the comber
while being held effectively by the nippers. During combing, unwanted short fibers,
neps and impurities in the cotton batt are removed combing also improves the
straightness and parallelization of the fibers in the batt. The combed sliver produced
by the comber can satisfy the requirements in the following spinning process
and the final yarn produced will have higher yarn strength, less hairiness and
better luster. The comber is simply indispensable for spinning of the fine count
cotton yarn, blended yarn and special yarns.
